Terms of Service

Important: balances on Tidebet are real cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL and LTC) that you deposit yourself. You can lose what you bet. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and only where online gambling is legal for you. You must be 18+ to use Tidebet.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Tide Bet ("we", "us"), which operates Tidebet. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Tidebet.

2. Who can use Tidebet

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age that applies where you live.
  • You may only use Tidebet where doing so is lawful for you.
  • We may close accounts that we reasonably believe belong to someone under the minimum age.

3. Your account

  • You can sign up with a username (3 to 24 letters, numbers or underscores) and a password of at least 8 characters, or with Google sign-in. We do not ask for ID documents or your real name.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not impersonate others or pick offensive usernames. We may rename, suspend or close accounts that do.

4. Balances, deposits and withdrawals

  • Balances. Your balance is held per coin (BTC, ETH, SOL and LTC). New accounts start at zero. Bets are entered in US dollars and converted to your selected coin at the live market price when you place the bet. Prices come from CoinGecko and are refreshed about once a minute; dollar figures are estimates and change with the market.
  • Deposits. Each account has its own deposit address for each supported coin, shown in Settings. Send only that coin, on its own network, to its address. Deposits are credited automatically once our system sees them on-chain, which usually takes a few minutes. Coins sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or for a coin that is marked as unavailable cannot be credited and may be lost.
  • Withdrawals. You can request a withdrawal to your own address from Settings. Minimum amounts apply per coin. Every withdrawal is reviewed and approved or declined by our team, so it is not instant. If a withdrawal is declined, the amount is returned to your balance.
  • Referral bonus. When someone signs up with your referral code, the bonus (0.1 LTC each for you and the new player) is paid once the new player's first deposit of $20 or more is credited.
  • Maximum win. A single game round pays out at most $10,000 (valued at the price when the round settles). Anything above that is not paid.
  • Adjustments. We may correct balances affected by bugs, errors or abuse, including bonuses obtained through multiple or fake accounts, and we may withhold withdrawals while we investigate.

5. Giveaways and codes

We may announce giveaways, promotions or codes, for example in our Telegram channel. We may set conditions (such as one per person or a minimum deposit) and change or end a promotion at any time.

6. Games and fairness

  • Game results come from the provably fair system described on our Provably Fair page. House edge and bet limits are set per game.
  • If a game malfunctions or a result is clearly caused by a bug, we may void or correct the affected results.

7. Chat and conduct

Chat is public. When using chat, your profile or any other part of the site, do not:

  • harass, threaten or abuse other people, or post hateful or sexual content;
  • spam, advertise, or post scam or phishing links;
  • share other people's personal information, or your own sensitive information;
  • offer to buy, sell or trade accounts;
  • exploit bugs, automate play, or try to break or overload the site.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Your content

You are responsible for what you post (chat messages, username, bio and avatar link). You allow us to display it on Tidebet. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Tidebet links to our Telegram channel and may link to other external sites. Those services are run by others and have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Availability and liability

Tidebet is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site, including games and features, at any time. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for losses caused by sending coins to a wrong address or network, or by delays on a blockchain.

11. Responsible play

Gambling with real money can become a habit. Please read our Responsible Gambling page. We can close your account on request.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Tidebet after an update means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
